Miley Cyrus surprised boyfriend Liam Hemsworth with the cutest birthday gift of all time — a new puppy called Ziggy!
The 19-year-old starlet gave her Aussie beau the adorable puppy for his 22nd birthday last week, and even tweeted a bunch of pics of their new pooch.
"Got Liam THE best bday pressie ever!" she wrote on Twitter. "Meet Ziggy =]"
