Katy Perry thinks Miley Cyrus is the new Britney Spears – but she doesn’t mean it as a compliment.
Katy was overheard discussing Miley’s provocative new image with a friend backstage at the Much Music Awards in Canada.
A source told Life & Style magazine that Katy muttered "Oh my God, poor girl" when she saw Miley walk past in her sexed up outfit.
"She's Britney Spears all over again. It's happening right before our eyes" Katy said.
"She's definitely headed the Britney route. It's worse. Look at those outfits. It's bad."
